Thelios Corporate Communication Manager

- Lead corporate press activities, ensuring qualitative management of sensitive information.
- Maintain media relations and address inquiries on corporate matters.
- Develop media plans, press reviews, and author articles, briefs, and press releases.
- Conduct media monitoring across online and offline platforms.
- Anticipate and manage crisis situations impacting the company's image.
- Draft official statements and crisis messages, as well as corporate tools and presentations.
- Oversee the content of Thélios's institutional website and manage external communications, including the LinkedIn account.
- Coordinate the editorial agenda and create internal communications such as newsletters, intranet content, and employer branding initiatives.
- Advise the Chief Brand & Marketing Officer and executive management on strategic communication and visibility actions.
- Collaborate with LVMH's press and image relations department and interact with portfolio brands.
- Define the corporate editorial line and key messages for local press agencies.
- Articulate Thélios's environmental positioning and communicate on CSR initiatives.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed by the department.
- Manage ad-hoc missions, cross-functional projects, and organize corporate events, press trips, and media productions.
- Handle supplier accounting, including vendor research, quote analysis, invoice management, and budget tracking.
- Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or equivalent from a business school or university.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry, either in corporate communication or agency settings.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Versatility and adaptability with a strong sense of priorities.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Sensitivity to the fashion and luxury sectors.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and discretion.
A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry, focusing on corporate communication either in-house or within an agency.
Master's degree in Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or equivalent.
