Thelios Brand Manager

- Develop eyewear collections in collaboration with fashion houses and Thélios designers.
- Manage strategic product planning, including briefings, timelines, and merchandising grids.
- Develop packaging and ad-hoc projects aligned with brand strategy.
- Define and manage annual marketing budgets and plans.
- Implement media and marketing strategies specific to the eyewear category.
- Prepare collection presentation content with the training team.
- Contribute to production forecasts and analyze collection productivity.
- Prepare and present business reviews to top management.
- Present collections to internal teams and participate in strategic client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a focus on marketing and project management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry.
- Fluency in French and English; Italian is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Autonomy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong prioritization skills.
- Passion and sensitivity towards luxury products.
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury, fashion, or cosmetics industry, particularly in a wholesale environment with selective distribution.
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent with a focus on marketing and project management.
