1. Create and update supplier accounts.
2. Enter purchase invoices.
3. Account for general expenses and fixed assets.
4. Perform account reconciliation and verification.
5. Prepare payments and participate in fiscal declarations, monthly financial statements, and annual closures.
6. Collaborate with accounting and auditing firms for review processes.
7. Integrate banking data.
8. Create and update employee accounts for professional expenses.
9. Verify expenses, limits, and supporting documents.
10. Account for expense reports.
11. Provide support in client relationship management.
12. Execute various administrative tasks.

1. BTS in Accounting and Management.

1. Proficiency in French, written English, and Italian is advantageous.
2. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
3. Strong numerical aptitude.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and precision.
5. Autonomous and inquisitive nature.
6. Organizational skills and adaptability.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting is required.
