1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for fulfillment center staff.
2. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and observation.
3. Collaborate with management to identify training objectives and outcomes.
4. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically.
5. Ensure training materials and programs are current and relevant to operational needs.
6. Lead and mentor a team of training specialists.
7. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and resource allocation.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in a training management role within a logistics or fulfillment environment.
3. Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

4. Ability to analyze data and generate reports.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in training management, preferably within the logistics or fulfillment sector.
