- Develop and implement talent sourcing and acquisition strategies.
- Partner with Supply Chain and HR leaders to ensure effective talent acquisition.
- Maintain and analyze talent acquisition dashboards and reports.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
- Network within the community and industry to build a candidate pipeline.
- Enhance employer branding through social media and non-traditional recruiting methods.
- Monitor market trends to maintain competitive compensation and benefits.
- Address recruiting and onboarding issues and liaise with relevant partners.
- Conduct onsite HR administration, including employment contracts and personnel files.
- Participate in global HR projects and ad-hoc tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industry.

Minimum of 5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industry.
