1. Develop and implement talent sourcing and acquisition strategies.
2. Partner with Supply Chain and HR leaders to ensure effective talent acquisition.
3. Maintain and analyze talent acquisition dashboards and reports.
4. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
5. Network within the community and industry to build a candidate pipeline.
6. Enhance employer branding through social media and non-traditional recruiting methods.
7. Monitor market trends to maintain competitive compensation and benefits.
8. Address recruiting and onboarding issues and liaise with relevant partners.
9. Conduct onsite HR administration, including employment contracts and personnel files.
10. Participate in global HR projects and ad-hoc tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of HR/recruitment experience, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industry.
