1. Develop and implement talent sourcing and acquisition strategies to support business goals in the Southeast Asia Supply Chain.
2. Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders and HR teams to ensure the recruitment of top talent while maintaining competitive employer branding.
3. Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
4. Maintain and analyze talent acquisition dashboards to provide insights on hiring effectiveness and cost efficiency.
5. Engage in community and industry networking to build a robust candidate pipeline.
6. Explore and implement innovative employer branding opportunities, including leveraging social media and non-traditional recruitment methods.
7. Stay informed on market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
8. Address recruitment and onboarding issues, liaising with relevant partners to devise solutions.
9. Support employee engagement initiatives as an HR Business Partner.
10. Handle onsite HR administration, including employment contracts and personnel files.
11. Participate in global HR projects and ad-hoc tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries.

2. Creative problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.
4. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
5. Agility and self-motivation.

A minimum of 5 years in human resources or recruitment, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or manufacturing sectors.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
