Tapestry Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner

- Develop and implement talent sourcing and acquisition strategies to support business goals in the Southeast Asia Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain leaders and HR teams to ensure the recruitment of top talent while maintaining competitive employer branding.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain and analyze talent acquisition dashboards to provide insights on hiring effectiveness and cost efficiency.
- Engage in community and industry networking to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Explore and implement innovative employer branding opportunities, including leveraging social media and non-traditional recruitment methods.
- Stay informed on market trends to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings.
- Address recruitment and onboarding issues, liaising with relevant partners to devise solutions.
- Support employee engagement initiatives as an HR Business Partner.
- Handle onsite HR administration, including employment contracts and personnel files.
- Participate in global HR projects and ad-hoc tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR or recruitment experience, preferably in fashion, luxury, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Agility and self-motivation.
A minimum of 5 years in human resources or recruitment, ideally within the fashion, luxury, or manufacturing sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
