1. Lead the store design strategy for the Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO) region, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including real estate, retail operations, and marketing to deliver cohesive store experiences.
3. Manage the end-to-end design process from concept development to project completion, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
4. Oversee external design partners and vendors to maintain high standards of quality and brand consistency.
5. Conduct market research and trend analysis to inform design innovations and competitive positioning.

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Proven track record in retail design management, preferably within the luxury sector.
3. Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and consumer preferences in SEAO.

2. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
4. Strong analytical skills with a creative problem-solving approach.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in store design or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
