1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations.
2. Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
4. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
5. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
6. Assist in the preparation and coordination of executive reports and presentations.

1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
