1. Deliver a seamless, elevated customer experience by leveraging brand training and resources to uphold exceptional service standards.
2. Develop clienteling strategies and support in-store events to drive engagement and sales.
3. Build strong partnerships with local retail teams to gain insights into customer profiles and emerging opportunities.
4. Track and analyze store performance against targets and present actionable plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador.
5. Identify growth opportunities through in-store activity, including new activations and omni-channel engagement strategies.
6. Execute visual merchandising directives and ensure collections are prominently displayed.
7. Manage product deliveries and replenishment, ensuring back-of-house areas are organized.
8. Complete trade reports and communicate key product insights to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador and Wholesale Sales team.

1. Minimum of two years' experience in a retail environment with a proven track record of delivering results.
2. Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
3. Familiarity with department store operations, including customer service, merchandising, and sales strategies.
4. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
5. Knowledge of current industry trends and the ability to apply insights to enhance business outcomes.
