Tapestry Assistant Manager, Visual Experience Production (Temporary)

- Support the Senior Production Manager to deliver in-store display projects from brief through technical development, prototyping, production and installation across owned stores, wholesale partners and OOH experiential activations.
- Manage project budgets, obtain and evaluate vendor quotes, and ensure cost-effective, on-time, high-quality execution.
- Support new store openings by coordinating delivery of bespoke treatments, lightboxes and signage packages to defined timelines.
- Attend and oversee installations as required, including out-of-hours work and regional travel across EMEAI to ensure flawless execution.
- Create, shape and manage clear production briefs in partnership with Visual Merchandising and Marketing, defining timelines and proposing budgets aligned to market and partner needs.
- Raise purchase orders, reconcile invoices and maintain monthly accruals to support accurate financial reporting and vendor payment.
- Coordinate logistics tasks such as booking couriers, arranging freight forwarding, managing sample orders and maintaining production supplies.
- Maintain vendor relationships and uphold production and process discipline to continuously improve standards and delivery.
- Proven experience in visual merchandising production, with hands-on exposure to 3D display builds and understanding of 2D print processes.
- Foundational artworking skills sufficient to prepare and adjust production-ready files.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Intermediate SketchUp experience (essential); Rhino experience advantageous.
- Strong project management capability with demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and regional teams.

Demonstrable background in visual merchandising production and retail concept implementation, including experience with store openings, vendor coordination and on-site installations; proven ability to operate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments across multiple markets.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in visual merchandising, industrial/product design, theatre/production design or a related discipline preferred.
