1. Collect and analyze sales data from various markets and channels.
2. Prepare detailed sales reports and track sales data.
3. Assist in the maintenance of product planning systems.
4. Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to develop product allocation plans based on forecasts, inventory levels, and market demand.
5. Refine allocation strategies to balance inventory levels and sales efficiency, minimizing backlogs and out-of-stock risks.
6. Work with Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce teams to determine product assortments and conduct regular reviews.
7. Manage inventory through stock rebalancing, transfers, and planning for overstock and aging stock.
8. Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock allocation for store events.
9. Analyze stock performance and implement process improvements.
10. Lead liquidation strategies and explore sales channels for excess stock.
11. Support price changes, prototype logistics, and global event coordination.
12. Report outcomes to headquarters and handle ad-hoc operational tasks.

1. Undergraduate degree or higher
2. Fluent in English
3. At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
