- Collect and analyze sales data from various markets and channels.
- Prepare detailed sales reports and track sales data.
- Assist in the maintenance of product planning systems.
- Collaborate with sales and supply chain teams to develop product allocation plans based on forecasts, inventory levels, and market demand.
- Refine allocation strategies to balance inventory levels and sales efficiency, minimizing backlogs and out-of-stock risks.
- Work with Wholesale, Retail, and E-commerce teams to determine product assortments and conduct regular reviews.
- Manage inventory through stock rebalancing, transfers, and planning for overstock and aging stock.
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and stock allocation for store events.
- Analyze stock performance and implement process improvements.
- Lead liquidation strategies and explore sales channels for excess stock.
- Support price changes, prototype logistics, and global event coordination.
- Report outcomes to headquarters and handle ad-hoc operational tasks.
- Undergraduate degree or higher
- Fluent in English
- At least 5 years of experience in a Sales Operations role
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
A minimum of 5 years in a Sales Operations function is required.
Undergraduate degree or higher
