1. Provide consultation and support via phone and email to TAG Heuer retailers in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.
2. Support TAG Heuer boutiques with availability information, orders, price changes, and returns.
3. Assist Sales Managers with daily tasks, including providing product availability, assortment overviews, and product data sheets.
4. Prepare selective distribution contracts and annual meetings.
5. Manage and maintain customer master data, including openings, changes, closures, and distribution contracts.
6. Handle sales administration tasks such as system entries, invoicing, and document creation (orders, invoices, credits, backorders, shipments).
7. Control offer and demand planning by allocating goods according to sales targets and customer budgets.
8. Collaborate closely with the Swiss headquarters on cross-sales projects.
9. Create reports, including sell-in and sell-out reports, and monitor sales to derive necessary actions.

1. Ability to analyze sales figures and trends to plan optimal assortments.
2. Develop and monitor inventory strategies to maximize sales performance and minimize overstock.
3. Create sales and revenue forecasts based on historical data and market analysis.
4. Collaborate with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
5. Support planning and implementation of promotions to achieve sales targets.
