TAG Heuer Sales Coordinator and Planner

- Provide consultation and support via phone and email to TAG Heuer retailers in Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.
- Support TAG Heuer boutiques with availability inquiries, orders, price changes, and returns.
- Assist Sales Managers with daily operations, including product availability, assortment overviews, and product data sheets.
- Prepare selective distribution contracts and annual meeting preparations.
- Manage and maintain customer master data, including openings, changes, closures, and distribution contracts.
- Oversee sales administration, including system entries, invoicing, and document creation such as orders, invoices, credits, backorders, and shipments.
- Control offer and demand planning by allocating goods according to sales targets and customer budgets.
- Collaborate closely with the Swiss headquarters on cross-selling projects.
- Generate reports, including sell-in and sell-out reports, and monitor sales to derive actionable insights.
- Analyze sales figures and trends to plan optimal assortments and ensure product availability.
- Develop and monitor inventory strategies to maximize sales performance and minimize overstock.
- Create sales and revenue forecasts based on historical data and market analysis.
- Work closely with purchasing and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
- Support the planning and execution of promotions to achieve sales targets.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or planning roles.
- Proficiency in data analysis and sales forecasting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems for sales and inventory management.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination or planning roles within the luxury goods sector.
