TAG Heuer Retail Training Content Manager

- Support product content training projects in collaboration with the International Retail Training Manager and Product Team.
- Develop and update online training modules in partnership with the Digital Learning Manager.
- Create tutorials and digital training tools in collaboration with the Connected Watch Team.
- Consolidate the product training calendar and communicate updates to market training managers.
- Coordinate learning video recordings and align content with the Product Team.
- Respond to product-related inquiries from markets.
- Assist in the implementation of worldwide training programs and events, including Retail Watchmaking Certification and Train-The-Trainer sessions.
- Manage logistics and prepare materials for training events.
- Conduct product benchmark analysis on competitors as needed.
- Follow up on post-evaluation of projects and market-level rollout of training programs.
- Analyze feedback and generate reports on training outcomes.
- Manage and track purchase orders related to training activities, ensuring alignment with internal processes.
- Fluency in French and English, with a strong command of watchmaking terminology in both languages.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse, global team.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is required.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing for flexibility between remote and on-site work. Additionally, the role includes opportunities for travel, approximately 10-20% of the time.
