1. Develop and manage the annual activation plan for events in alignment with the brand strategy and retail needs for the Iberian market.
2. Deliver and maintain visual merchandising across all retail boutiques and franchises, adhering to global guidelines with local adaptations to meet TAG Heuer standards.
3. Manage all store opening and renovation projects to ensure timely and efficient execution.
4. Support operational needs for retail and franchise locations, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
5. Enhance brand visibility through strategic partnerships with local entities via websites, newsletters, and social media channels.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury sector.
2. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.

2. Strong understanding of the luxury retail environment.
