- Define and implement retail strategies to optimize performance and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure retail operations align with the company's long-term goals, overseeing day-to-day store operations for smooth functioning.
- Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to track retail operations' effectiveness.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Initiate enhancements to operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
- Manage budgets and resources for retail operations, controlling inventory levels and supply chain logistics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with departments such as Marketing, Merchandising, and Sales to ensure strategic and operational alignment.
- Lead and motivate the retail operations team, ensuring staff training meets performance standards.
- Identify development and growth opportunities for retail activities.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market best practices.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and partners.
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the omnichannel strategy.
- Report regularly to the CCO on performance and progress.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the luxury retail sector with management experience.
- Extensive experience in retail management with proven expertise in operations and performance management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Inspiring leadership and ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in management and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Fluency in English.
Minimum of 10 years in the luxury retail sector with management experience.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
