TAG Heuer Retail and Visual Merchandising Intern

- Implement the annual event activation plan in alignment with brand strategy and retail objectives.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards across all stores and points of sale, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and local adaptations.
- Analyze store performance metrics and contribute insights for improvement.
- Develop retail training content for mystery shopping and new product launches.
- Support retail and wholesale points of sale by implementing visual merchandising guidelines and providing detailed reports.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising and overall store appearance adhere to brand standards.
- Facilitate optimal brand expression at points of sale by supporting partners in implementing windows, displays, and trade accessories.
- Order and implement store animations and follow up on in-store visuals.
- Collaborate with the headquarters visual merchandising team for implementation and validation.
- Manage relationships with key contractors and oversee execution.
- Optimize storage and stock management of visual merchandising materials.
- Execute annual activation plans for stores and key partners, monitoring KPIs.
- Propose new client activations and events in collaboration with HQ and local marketing teams.
- Collaborate with boutique managers to identify and recruit new partners.
- Lead bi-monthly reviews on retail excellence best practices.
- Follow up on CRM KPIs and client engagement.
- Support boutiques in clientele development and keep them informed on product launches.
- Coordinate retail administration tasks, including stock management and trade orders.
- Prepare presentations and compile weekly and monthly reports.
- Recognized degree in a relevant field.
- First professional experience in the luxury environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German or French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports from raw data.
- Self-motivated and action-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
- Autonomous, rigorous, and creative in suggesting improvements.
- Willingness to travel across Switzerland.
Entry-level experience in the luxury sector, with previous retail experience considered an asset.
Recognized degree in a relevant field.
