Responsibilities
- Implement the yearly event activation plan in alignment with brand strategy and retail.
- Maintain visual merchandising in all stores and points of sale according to global guidelines with local adaptations.
- Analyze store performance.
- Create retail training content for mystery shopping and new product launches.
- Support retail and wholesale points of sale by implementing visual merchandising guidelines and providing reports.
- Ensure visual merchandising and overall store appearance align with guidelines through regular visits.
- Support partners in implementing windows, displays, trade accessories, furniture, and catalogues.
- Order and implement animations in all stores and points of sale.
- Update in-store visuals.
- Liaise with the headquarters visual merchandising team for implementation and validation.
- Work with contractors and follow up on execution.
- Optimize storage and stock management of visual merchandising materials.
- Roll out annual activation plans for stores and key partners, and monitor KPIs.
- Suggest new client activations and events in collaboration with HQ and local marketing teams.
- Collaborate with boutique managers to identify and recruit new partners.
- Lead bi-monthly reviews on retail excellence best practices.
- Follow up on KPIs and client treatment.
- Support boutiques in developing their clientele.
- Keep boutiques updated on launches and provide product support material.
- Share product material content with full-service stores and franchisees.
- Support in-store daily business operations.
- Overlook stock needs.
- Manage trade and gift orders and deliveries.
- Prepare presentations and weekly/monthly reports.
Qualifications
- Holding a recognized degree.
- First professional experience in the luxury environment.
- Previous retail experience is an asset.
- Fluent in English; German or French is a plus.
Skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to build reports from raw Excel data.
- Energetic, self-motivated, action and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.
- Autonomous and rigorous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across Switzerland.
Experience Requirements
Entry-level position with a first professional experience in the luxury environment.
Education Requirements
