TAG Heuer Payroll and Personnel Administration Specialist

- Execute monthly payroll processing in compliance with regulations, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Verify and transmit payroll-related information for new hires and departures.
- Collect, prepare, and input variable payroll data.
- Review payroll statements and final settlements.
- Manage monthly advances and garnishments.
- Update payroll software and time management systems.
- Handle post-payroll processes and establish provisions before sending to the Finance department.
- Oversee all aspects of personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage health insurance and pension files, including declarations and contributions.
- Coordinate medical examinations and draft contractual documents.
- Update personnel registers and manage meal vouchers.
- Prepare various attestations and update employee administrative data.
- Monitor administrative deadlines such as probation periods and contract expirations.
- Track absences and manage expatriate contributions.
- Conduct social declarations and reporting, including URSSAF declarations and DSN submissions.
- Prepare administrative tax declarations and contribute to the annual social report.
- Prepare compensation and benefits reporting and monthly workforce tracking.
- Participate in legal and social monitoring, diversity and inclusion projects, and employer branding initiatives.
- Organize staff sales events offered by other Group Maisons.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Personnel Management, or Payroll.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Strong payroll management skills and experience with payroll software and HRIS tools (knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus).
- Excellent internal customer service orientation.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in payroll and personnel administration roles is required.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Personnel Management, or Payroll.
