TAG Heuer Import Export Specialist

- Serve as the primary interface for subsidiaries, ensuring accurate entry and tracking of customer orders in collaboration with international subsidiaries.
- Provide responsive and personalized support to address inquiries and resolve disputes, ensuring impeccable customer service.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to track shipments from platforms, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and conditions.
- Prepare billing, export documentation, and customs declarations in collaboration with freight forwarders.
- Monitor shipments, manage disputes, and oversee logistics providers to optimize service quality.
- Propose improvements to optimize existing processes and tools.
- Actively participate in improvement projects by defining needs, conducting tests, and ensuring operational follow-up.
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Become an expert in SAP usage for Export-Import processes, providing support and training to SAP users within the department.
- Identify SAP evolution needs and participate in their implementation.
- Conduct functional tests on SAP during updates and new deployments.
- Degree in International Trade or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in export-import, transportation, or sales administration, ideally with a demanding clientele.
- Proficiency in incoterms and customs procedures.
- Strong knowledge of office tools (Office Suite) and SAP.
- Fluent in English (B1-B2 level): ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking in a professional context.
- Attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Dynamic and versatile with a strong team spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Degree in International Trade or equivalent.
