1. Manage an administrative team of approximately 10 individuals, ensuring on-time invoicing in accordance with logistics and accounting requirements.
2. Oversee import-export documentation and customs declaration management to ensure flawless global shipment of goods.
3. Ensure service levels meet customer requirements.
4. Manage and optimize the transport budget, including transportation means and routes.
5. Serve as the primary contact with customs and authorities for regulatory monitoring and litigation resolution.
6. Be accountable for department KPIs, providing regular updates and escalating risks to the management team.
7. Act as the subject matter expert to challenge, design, and implement order management and import-export processes during cross-functional projects.
8. Work on continuous improvement by identifying strategic and operational evolutions in IS&T tools, processes, and organization to support business development.

1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, export, and transport.
3. Solid background in team and change management.
4. Proven track record of delivering successful projects in organizational processes and efficiency.

1. Fluency in English and French.
2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Energetic and flexible, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changes or issues.
4. System and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
5. Advanced use of ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and BI/data visualization tools (Power BI).

A minimum of 5 years in order management, export, and transport, with a strong background in team and change management.

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
