TAG Heuer Import Export Manager

- Manage an administrative team of approximately 10 individuals, ensuring on-time invoicing in accordance with logistics and accounting requirements.
- Oversee import-export documentation and customs declaration management to ensure flawless global shipment of goods.
- Ensure service levels meet customer requirements.
- Manage and optimize the transport budget, including transportation means and routes.
- Serve as the primary contact with customs and authorities for regulatory monitoring and litigation resolution.
- Be accountable for department KPIs, providing regular updates and escalating risks to the management team.
- Act as the subject matter expert to challenge, design, and implement order management and import-export processes during cross-functional projects.
- Work on continuous improvement by identifying strategic and operational evolutions in IS&T tools, processes, and organization to support business development.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in order management, export, and transport.
- Solid background in team and change management.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects in organizational processes and efficiency.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Energetic and flexible, with the ability to meet deadlines and respond to changes or issues.
- System and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Advanced use of ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and BI/data visualization tools (Power BI).
A minimum of 5 years in order management, export, and transport, with a strong background in team and change management.
Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred.
