1. Collaborate with the HR team to implement personnel-related topics for three brands.
2. Manage the entire employee lifecycle for interns and working students, from recruitment to offboarding.
3. Support the development and execution of internal and external HR projects and communication campaigns.
4. Conceptualize, organize, and execute internal or international HR projects and events.
5. Assist in personnel administration and support the local CSR team.

1. Enrolled in or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills with experience in writing clear, audience-targeted texts in German and English.
3. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
4. Creativity and a proactive approach to trying new methods.
5. Absolute confidentiality, high commitment, and an efficient, independent work style.
