- Collaborate with the HR team to implement personnel-related topics for three brands.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle for interns and working students, from recruitment to offboarding.
- Support the development and execution of internal and external HR projects and communication campaigns.
- Conceptualize, organize, and execute internal or international HR projects and events.
- Assist in personnel administration and support the local CSR team.
- Enrolled in or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with experience in writing clear, audience-targeted texts in German and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Creativity and a proactive approach to trying new methods.
- Absolute confidentiality, high commitment, and an efficient, independent work style.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ideal candidates should have some initial professional experience in HR or management-related fields.
Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
