TAG Heuer HR Coordinator

- Oversee the monthly payroll process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company agreements.
- Verify and transmit payroll-related information for new hires and terminations.
- Collect, prepare, and input variable payroll data.
- Review payroll slips and final settlements.
- Manage monthly advances and third-party notices.
- Update payroll software and HRIS systems, including time management.
- Handle post-payroll processes and prepare provisions for the Finance department.
- Manage all aspects of personnel administration, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Oversee health insurance and pension files, including declarations and contributions.
- Coordinate medical examinations and prepare contractual documents.
- Maintain personnel records and manage meal voucher orders.
- Prepare various attestations and update employee administrative data.
- Monitor administrative deadlines such as probation periods, contract expirations, and work permits.
- Track employee absences and manage expatriate contributions.
- Prepare and verify social declarations and reports, including URSSAF and DSN submissions.
- Contribute to annual social reports and C&B reporting.
- Participate in legal and social monitoring, diversity and inclusion projects, and employer branding initiatives.
- Organize employee sales events for other LVMH brands.
- Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration or Payroll Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of payroll management and HRIS software, with experience in Success Factors being advantageous.
- Excellent internal client focus and service orientation.
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and responsiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in French and English.
A minimum of 3 years of significant experience in payroll and personnel administration is required.
Bachelor's degree in Personnel Administration or Payroll Management.
