TAG Heuer Global Supply Planner

- Determine and manage distribution from the central distribution center to regional warehouses to ensure optimal product availability and meet market demand.
- Provide support to local teams by communicating product availability and recommending distribution strategies tailored to specific market needs and constraints.
- Monitor shortage references, report and manage back-order levels, and closely manage inventory levels, implementing proactive measures and corrective actions to ensure smooth recovery and optimal stock.
- Collaborate with the Product Life Cycle & Inventory Manager to ensure effective implementation of rebalancing actions and adherence to the product phase-in/phase-out strategy.
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to transform complex data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Serve as the Supply Planning department's point of contact in the deployment of new, cross-functional company projects, such as an SAP upgrade project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignment on distribution plans and proactive information sharing.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, or a related supply chain role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Anaplan is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in supply planning, demand planning, or a related supply chain role is required.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
The position offers a hybrid working mode, allowing flexibility between remote and in-office work.
