TAG Heuer Finance & Operations Director

- Set clear vision and goals for each team with appropriate KPIs.
- Continuously review and evolve current processes.
- Ensure corporate compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including statutory responsibilities.
- Oversee the overall financial management of the company, including internal reporting to both UK Board and overseas holding companies.
- Manage the budget and forecasting process.
- Oversee company assets and insurances.
- Develop and mentor finance and operations team members.
- Maintain relationships with banks, external auditors, legal departments, HMRC, and insurers.
- Manage the IT function.
- Oversee the supply chain, including logistics and sales operations.
- Manage the aftersales function, including technical operations and customer services.
- Oversee overall facilities management.
- Proven senior leadership experience.
- Qualified chartered accountant or equivalent.
- At least 5 years in senior finance roles, including 3-5 years in a similar role.
- Experience in financial governance processes, including risk management and internal audit.
- Strategic agility and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage vision and purpose.
- Ability to develop direct reports and motivate others.
- Proficiency in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to process complex information and interpret quickly.
Minimum of 5 years in senior finance roles, including 3-5 years in a similar capacity.
Qualified chartered accountant or equivalent.
