1. Set clear vision and goals for each team with appropriate KPIs.
2. Continuously review and evolve current processes.
3. Ensure corporate compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including statutory responsibilities.
4. Oversee the overall financial management of the company, including internal reporting to both UK Board and overseas holding companies.
5. Manage the budget and forecasting process.
6. Oversee company assets and insurances.
7. Develop and mentor finance and operations team members.
8. Maintain relationships with banks, external auditors, legal departments, HMRC, and insurers.
9. Manage the IT function.
10. Oversee the supply chain, including logistics and sales operations.
11. Manage the aftersales function, including technical operations and customer services.
12. Oversee overall facilities management.

1. Proven senior leadership experience.
2. Qualified chartered accountant or equivalent.
3. At least 5 years in senior finance roles, including 3-5 years in a similar role.
4. Experience in financial governance processes, including risk management and internal audit.

2. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage vision and purpose.
3. Ability to develop direct reports and motivate others.
4. Proficiency in managing multi-disciplinary teams.
5. Ability to process complex information and interpret quickly.

Minimum of 5 years in senior finance roles, including 3-5 years in a similar capacity.

Qualified chartered accountant or equivalent.
