- Contribute to strategic planning and development as a member of the Executive Team.
- Define a clear vision for all finance and operation processes and key performance indicators.
- Manage the subsidiary's profitability and guide investment decisions accordingly.
- Adapt and optimize existing processes and tools to align with the subsidiary's development trajectory.
- Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting for the Middle East, India, Africa, and Turkey regions.
- Monitor the Direct Retail Business, ensuring adherence to internal controls and guidelines.
- Maintain relationships with banks, external auditors, legal departments, insurers, and HQ-level HR and Finance.
- Ensure corporate compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including statutory responsibilities.
- Implement appropriate import and export compliance procedures.
- Collaborate with the sales team to consolidate the budgeted sales forecast for the region.
- Drive performance through precise analysis of sales, distribution, SISO equations, and product activations.
- Directly manage a team of four, including a Financial Controller, Business Planner, Business Analyst, and Office Executive.
- Indirectly manage accounting, legal, and logistics partners in the region.
- Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
- 8+ years of experience in a similar position within the luxury sector.
- Proven understanding of finance, operations, and supply chain in a customer service-oriented business.
- Demonstrated professionalism, conscientiousness, reliability, and integrity.
- Experience in analyzing and evaluating performance data, both financial and operational.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to process complex information and influence investment decisions.
- Experience with financial governance processes, including risk management and internal audit.
- Expert knowledge of SAP, BO/BI, Advanced Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic and French is advantageous.
- Ability to prioritize and plan workload in accordance with strict deadlines.
- Capacity to work proactively and independently, manage change, and collaborate effectively within a team.
A minimum of 8 years in a similar role within the luxury environment is required.
Master's degree in Finance or Economics.
