TAG Heuer Customer Service Administration Assistant

- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone.
- Manage daily repair entries.
- Create and send repair estimates to customers.
- Handle management of estimate refusals and acceptances.
- Invoice all repaired watches daily.
- Occasionally pack watches in pouches for shipment and prepare parcels and shipping labels for dispatch.
- FPI - FPII or Administrative Assistant Course.
- Basic proficiency in Spanish and English; French is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word at a basic level.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Adaptability to varying environments and tasks.
- Client-oriented with the ability to understand and influence client needs.
- Initiative and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Decisiveness and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Adherence to company rules and policies.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
FPI - FPII or Administrative Assistant Course.
