TAG Heuer Customer Experience Assistant
TAG Heuer, a prestigious brand under the LVMH conglomerate, has been at the forefront of the watchmaking industry since 1860, renowned for its avant-garde designs, precision, and bold style. In 2015, TAG Heuer made a strategic pivot by launching its first generation of luxury connected watches, leading to the establishment of the TAG Heuer Connected Watch division in Paris in 2018. This division has since grown to a team of approximately 70 dedicated professionals.
- Provide expert technical support in English to customer service advisors across various countries and directly handle certain customer inquiries.
- Create and update documentation for both external customers and internal customer service advisors.
- Monitor and follow up on bugs with the Quality team and relay customer suggestions to the Product team.
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as internal newsletters, documentation management, translation projects, product or tool training sessions, and event participation.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program (1st or 2nd year).
- Previous experience in customer relations, either in customer service or retail.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to seek out information.
- Strong written communication skills in both English and French.
- Comfortable with technology and a general understanding of IT.
- Curious and analytical mindset to comprehend technical issues.
Entry-level experience in customer relations, preferably in a service or retail environment.
Master's degree in progress (1st or 2nd year).
