- Develop and implement a comprehensive omni-CRM strategy for Greater China, aligning with business targets and brand strategy.
- Propose CRM KPIs and set annual targets for retail operations at various levels.
- Define and execute market initiatives on data collection, exploitation, and client engagement.
- Conduct regular KPI performance reviews with headquarters and follow up with action plans for enhanced performance.
- Systematize a deep analytics approach to assess local action plans and adaptation requests.
- Manage daily CRM operations across all channels to enhance customer engagement and maximize member lifetime value.
- Design and implement national CRM projects, including internal boutique client loyalty programs and social CRM actions.
- Track and measure the impact of CRM programs and marketing campaigns, identifying customer segmentation and suggesting action plans.
- Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking.
- Implement global CRM tools and provide feedback to headquarters to improve relevance, recording best practices to enhance global CRM efficiency.
- Oversee customer database accuracy, growth, maintenance, and analysis management.
- Train and support boutiques to ensure continuous data feeding into the CRM database.
- Analyze client behavior and perform ad hoc analyses for Marketing or Retail departments, discussing potential action plans with Retail Operations and Marketing teams.
- University degree in business-related subjects with exposure to client analysis and relational marketing campaigns.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the luxury retail, fashion, or cosmetics industry, specializing in CRM or digital marketing.
- Applied analytics sensibility with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with external resources to attract potential customers for in-store activities.
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Project management and time management skills.
- Adaptability to change and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

A minimum of 7 years in luxury retail, fashion, or cosmetics industry, with specialization in CRM or digital marketing.
