TAG Heuer Client Data Specialist

- Enhance targeting strategies for client activations, including product launches and local market events, by analyzing past purchaser profiles and collaborating with the Client Development team.
- Conduct comprehensive performance analyses of retail and client behavior on a global and local scale, implementing solutions to measure incremental value across all channels.
- Develop and design new reporting tools to manage activities and communicate insights to various internal audiences.
- Support the Group with ad hoc requests and cross-entity dashboard creation, aligning performance measurement practices.
- Assist internal teams, including Client, Product, Retail, Aftersales, and Marketing, with occasional requests to deepen client understanding.
- Graduate from an engineering school or university with training in statistics.
- Experience in data analysis, consulting, or with an analytics solution provider.
- Experience in CRM data management.
- Proficiency with Dataiku, GCP, and BQ is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Salesforce environment is beneficial.
- Competence in data visualization tools such as Power BI is a plus.
- Strong synthesis skills and excellent oral communication.
- Ability to engage teams on technical subjects by demystifying complex concepts.
- Fluent in English.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in relevant fields is required.
Graduate from an engineering school or university with training in statistics.
