- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional selling skills.
- Maintain and update client book, ensuring regular follow-up with clients to meet clienteling sales goals.
- Assist the Boutique Manager in executing store marketing initiatives.
- Provide superior customer service, greeting all customers and offering assistance in line with store protocols.
- Answer customer inquiries, suggest alternative products, and process customer repairs as needed.
- Send thank you notes to customers within two weeks of purchase and maintain a log of customer product requests.
- Adhere to all store operational procedures, including opening and closing guidelines, inventory management, and presentation standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the Store Manager.
- Ensure the store's facility maintenance, presentation, and organization.
- Exhibit proficiency in company-specific computer programs.
- In the absence of the Boutique Manager, manage store opening and closing procedures and ensure proper merchandising of delivered products.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Previous experience in clienteling.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and convey technical product information.
- Proficiency in typing and email communication.
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to meet personal sales goals.
- Excellent clienteling and customer development skills.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to meeting customer expectations.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Proficiency in learning and conveying product information.
A minimum of 2 years in retail sales, with luxury experience considered an advantage.
Hourly wage ranging from $21 to $23, with commission.
This position offers an hourly wage with commission, providing an opportunity for financial growth based on performance.
