- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by maintaining an omnichannel approach, ensuring seamless interaction across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop and propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and representing the brand at events both in and outside the boutique.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details of products to foster trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store operations.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively, and ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Coordinate aftersales operations to ensure customer satisfaction and product return processes are efficiently managed.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury goods industry.
- Proven track record in sales and client service.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch and jewellery market.
