- Increase boutique sales and achieve objectives by working on personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador at events, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives using provided tools.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and leverage data for personalized client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operations under boutique management supervision, including inventory and security.
- Leverage tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for operational excellence.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Apply guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Client-centric mindset focused on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility to bring new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit, high integrity, and transparency.
- Strong presentation skills to represent the Maison in and outside the store.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
