- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal KPIs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Support team members in achieving collective sales targets and enhancing store performance.
- Implement omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client interactions across various touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas for sales development, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and in-store.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging provided tools for outreach and appointments.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand's story and technical details effectively to build client trust.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with retail and administrative procedures and internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury retail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Exceptional selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptability to change and ability to propose innovative solutions.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy with strong presentation skills.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
$15.00 - $18.00 hourly rate plus commission and quarterly bonus.
