- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance boutique sales and meet objectives by focusing on personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique environment.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales through merchandising, events, and product mix adjustments.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA at events and within the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives through effective use of outreach tools and appointment setting.
- Ensure high-quality client data collection and leverage this data to personalize client interactions and drive business growth.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes under boutique management supervision, including inventory, cash handling, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until product return.
- Adhere to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Proficient selling skills including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and objection handling.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales volume.
- Familiarity with clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
- Knowledge of TAG Heuer's brand DNA, history, and collections.
- Competence in using front and back office tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability to change and ability to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to represent the brand in and outside the store.
- Digitally savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
