- Drive boutique sales by achieving individual KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support and collaborate with colleagues to enhance team performance.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas for sales development, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and within the boutique.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach and appointments.
- Ensure quality client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build client trust and relationships.
- Contribute to daily operations under boutique management, including inventory and cash handling.
- Utilize digital tools effectively and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and maintain store standards.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury retail and passion for watches and lifestyle trends.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on client recruitment and relationship building.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable and flexible with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong team spirit and integrity.
- Digitally savvy with a fast learning ability.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the luxury retail sector, with a focus on client engagement and sales performance.
