1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance the client experience by utilizing omnichannel sales strategies and ensuring all client touchpoints are optimized.
3. Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising strategies and event planning.
4. Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and representing the brand at events.
5. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
6. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
7. Communicate the brand story and technical details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
8. Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening and closing procedures.
9. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
10. Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
11. Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
12. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
13. Maintain store standards and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury goods industry.
