- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance boutique sales and meet objectives by focusing on personal KPIs and delivering exceptional in-store experiences.
- Support colleagues and team members within the boutique environment.
- Maintain an omnichannel sales approach to ensure optimal client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA and representing the brand at events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools and resources.
- Collect and utilize qualitative client data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively and perform visual merchandising tasks.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Maintain store standards and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in store or related areas.
- Full commercial training is preferred.
- Affinity with fashion and jewelry/watchmaking.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs and clienteling metrics.
- Proficiency in digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit with high integrity and transparency.
- Ability to represent the brand effectively both in and outside the store.
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail or related fields, with a focus on visual merchandising as a sales tool.
