- Drive sales performance by achieving sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration with team members.
- Play a central role on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer experiences and services.
- Support colleagues and team members in the boutique environment.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance the client experience across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix initiatives.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer’s brand DNA at events and in the boutique.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging provided tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory, cash handling, security, and store opening and closing.
- Leverage tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for effective operations and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate aftersales operations, ensuring timely return of watches.
- Adhere to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales metrics.
- Knowledge of clienteling KPIs and digital tools.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility in bringing new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit, high integrity, and transparency.
- Great presentation skills and ability to represent the Maison in and outside the store.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
Minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment.
