- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Support team members in the boutique to enhance overall sales performance.
- Implement omnichannel sales strategies to optimize client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising, events, and product mix adjustments.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and product details effectively to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory, cash management, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Utilize digital tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for operational excellence.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Adhere to guidelines related to grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- Knowledge and passion for watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, storytelling, upselling, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales KPIs such as traffic, conversion, and sales metrics.
- Proficiency with digital tools and clienteling KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to propose new ideas and solutions.
- Team spirit, integrity, and transparency.
- Digitally savvy, fast learner, and rigorous.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment is required.
