- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Enhance the client experience by maintaining an omnichannel sales approach, ensuring seamless interaction across all client touchpoints.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies, including merchandising and event planning, to boost sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's values and participating in brand events to strengthen client relationships.
- Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointment setting, and sales.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to personalize client interactions and grow the business.
- Communicate the brand's story and technical details of products to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
