1. Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
2. Enhance the client experience by maintaining an omnichannel sales approach, ensuring seamless interaction across all client touchpoints.
3. Develop and implement new sales strategies, including merchandising and event planning, to boost sales.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's values and participating in brand events to strengthen client relationships.
5. Achieve clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointment setting, and sales.
6. Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize this information to personalize client interactions and grow the business.

8. Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes, including inventory management and store maintenance.
9. Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively, and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards.
