- Drive sales performance by achieving individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration.
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and services in-store, ensuring a memorable interaction at every touchpoint.
- Support colleagues in achieving collective goals within the boutique.
- Develop and propose innovative ideas to enhance sales through merchandising, events, and product mix strategies.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's brand DNA both in-store and at external events.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives by leveraging available tools for outreach, appointments, and sales.
- Ensure qualitative client data collection and utilize this data to engage clients in a personalized manner.
- Communicate the brand story and technical details to build trust and foster long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory management, cash handling, and store opening and closing procedures.
- Utilize digital tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
- Coordinate aftersales operations until the return of the watch.
- Adhere to grooming, attitude, and visual merchandising guidelines to maintain brand standards.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, new technologies, and sports.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on recruiting and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
