- Drive boutique sales by achieving personal sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and services in-store.
- Support team members and collaborate effectively within the boutique.
- Utilize omnichannel sales strategies to enhance client experiences across all touchpoints.
- Propose innovative ideas to boost sales, including merchandising and event planning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in daily interactions.
- Achieve clienteling objectives through strategic outreach and appointments.
- Collect and leverage qualitative client data to foster personalized client relationships.
- Communicate the brand's story and technical details to build trust and long-lasting client connections.
- Contribute to operational excellence by adhering to retail and administrative processes.
- Utilize digital tools such as CEGID and Salesforce for inventory and client management.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain compliance with internal control policies and contribute to store maintenance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Fluency in English and the local language; a third language is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury watches, lifestyle trends, and new technologies.
- Strong selling skills, including client discovery, product presentation, and sales closing.
- Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs.
- Proficiency with digital tools and retail procedures.
- Client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Adaptable, flexible, and innovative in problem-solving.
- Team-oriented with high integrity and transparency.
- Digitally savvy and a fast learner.
A minimum of two years in luxury retail, with a focus on client engagement and sales performance.
