- Achieve sales targets through effective selling techniques and collaboration on the sales floor.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Ensure omnichannel sales strategies are implemented for optimal client experiences.
- Propose innovative ideas to enhance sales, including merchandising and events.
- Act as a passionate Brand Ambassador, embodying TAG Heuer's DNA at events and in-store.
- Achieve individual clienteling objectives and leverage available tools for client engagement.
- Ensure accurate client data collection and utilize data to personalize client interactions.
- Communicate the brand story and product details to build trust and relationships.
- Contribute to daily operational processes, including inventory and store maintenance.
- Utilize tools such as CEGID and Salesforce effectively.
- Coordinate aftersales operations and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
