- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, customer, market trend, and competitor data to provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure business initiatives' effectiveness.
- Utilize statistical models and forecasting techniques to predict sales trends, demand patterns, and inventory requirements.
- Support the development of annual budgets and strategic plans with data-driven recommendations and scenario analyses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Conduct business process reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and lead weekly manager meetings to provide business updates.
- Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in the retail sector.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail performance or business control/FP&A with a strong business orientation.
- Fluent in English and Korean.
- Excellent planning knowledge and experience with planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, APO).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Strong business acumen with knowledge of P&L.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail performance or business control/FP&A with a strong business orientation.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
