TAG Heuer Boutique Manager
TAG Heuer, renowned for its aesthetic and technological innovations, has been a pioneer in Swiss watch precision for over 150 years. As part of the LVMH Group's Watches & Jewelry division, TAG Heuer combines performance, audacity, and craftsmanship to assert its unique identity. The brand is seeking a Boutique Manager for its prestigious location within the Galeries Lafayette in Paris.
- Cultivate a loyal customer base and expand local and international clientele using available tools and resources.
- Develop a unique customer experience and provide impeccable service.
- Manage customer relationships, disputes, and complaints swiftly and effectively.
- Ensure the brand's image is upheld through merchandising, cleanliness, organization, and grooming of advisors.
- Implement commercial policies and ensure achievement of set objectives (sales, KPIs).
- Guarantee service quality on the floor and oversee business operations.
- Ensure adherence to retail excellence and sales procedures established by management.
- Provide necessary resources for advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Report on commercial performance and general store activity.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Train and integrate new team members in line with TAG Heuer's values.
- Foster a trusting team environment through close management and support.
- Set individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
- Coach and train teams to ensure continuous development of individual and collective skills.
- Manage administrative tasks for the team, including scheduling, leave, training, and uniforms.
- Oversee stock management and ensure proper handling of displayed and stored items.
- Conduct regular inventories and ensure proper store maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with cash handling procedures and legal, fiscal, and customs regulations.
- Safeguard people and property by enforcing security procedures and coordinating with external security agents.
- Commercial training background with successful management experience in luxury retail (experience in watchmaking is a plus).
- Fluency in French and English; a third language is highly appreciated.
- Innate customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
Commercial training background.
