Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a regular clientele and expand local and international customer base.
- Provide a unique customer experience and impeccable service.
- Manage customer relations, disputes, and complaints efficiently.
- Ensure the brand's image is upheld in merchandising, cleanliness, and staff presentation.
- Implement commercial policies and achieve set objectives.
- Guarantee service quality on the sales floor and business management.
- Ensure adherence to retail excellence and sales procedures.
- Provide necessary resources for sales advisors to meet their targets.
- Report on commercial performance and store activity.
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure product availability and quality.
- Train and integrate new team members according to TAG Heuer values.
- Maintain a trusting team environment through close management.
- Set individual/team goals, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
- Coach and train teams for continuous skill development.
- Manage administrative tasks for the sales team, including scheduling and training.
- Oversee stock management and inventory.
- Ensure proper store maintenance and cash handling.
- Ensure security of people and goods, coordinating with external security agents.
Qualifications
- Commercial training background.
- Successful experience in management and luxury retail sales.
- Experience in watchmaking is a plus.
Skills
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is highly appreciated.
- Innate sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills.
