1. Actively engage on the sales floor to boost boutique sales and achieve targets.
2. Analyze retail performance KPIs to identify business opportunities and develop comprehensive action plans.
3. Stay informed about the watch industry and local market competition.
4. Set individual and team objectives, monitor performance, and conduct reviews.
5. Support and develop team members through feedback and coaching.

7. Identify and recruit new team members.

9. Maintain luxury standards in grooming, attitudes, and visual merchandising.

13. Oversee boutique operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
14. Supervise store expenses and maintenance.
