TAG Heuer Apprentice in HR and Finance

- Prepare employment certificates, accident declarations to SUVA, family allowance requests, and necessary documents for work permit applications.
- Support time management processes including absences, leave, and timekeeping.
- Prepare, update, and archive new employee files both digitally and on paper.
- Order and prepare gifts for employee life events and welcome kits for new hires.
- Participate in organizing training sessions, including planning, participant registration, and logistics. Track mandatory training and employee skill acquisition.
- Draft internal HR newsletters and communications. Update internal communication boards and materials.
- Assist in monthly financial closings by preparing and verifying accounting entries.
- Produce financial reports.
- Collect and consolidate financial data for budget analyses.
- Analyze budget variances.
- Monitor and update inventories and calculate production costs.
- Minimum age of 15 years and completion of mandatory schooling.
- Interest in administrative and numerical fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written communication skills in French; English proficiency is a plus.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and respect for confidentiality.
