1. Prepare work certificates, accident declarations to SUVA, family allowance requests, and necessary documents for work permit applications.
2. Support time management including absences, leave, and timekeeping.
3. Prepare, update, and archive new employee files both digitally and on paper.
4. Order and prepare gifts for employee life events and welcome kits for new arrivals.
5. Participate in organizing training sessions, including planning, participant registration, and logistics.
6. Follow up on mandatory training and employee skill acquisition.
7. Draft internal newsletters and HR communications, and update internal communication boards.
8. Prepare and verify accounting entries for monthly closings.
9. Produce financial reports.
10. Collect and consolidate financial data for budget analysis.
11. Analyze budget variances.
12. Monitor and update inventories.
13. Calculate production costs.

1. At least 15 years old and completed mandatory schooling.
2. Interest in administrative and numerical fields.

1. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
2. Strong writing skills and proficiency in French; English is an advantage.
3. Detail-oriented, dynamic, organized, and respectful of employee data confidentiality.
