TAG Heuer Accounts Payable Accountant

1. Review vendor invoices with approval confirmation under accounting policy and verify with purchase orders and proof of delivery documentation.
2. Input all invoice data into the SAP system.
3. Review staff expense claims through the Concur system under T&E policy.
4. Prepare payment proposals in the e-banking system within due dates.
5. Reconcile vendor balances with the aging report monthly.
6. Support VAT and Corporate TAX filing.
7. Assist in monthly closings by providing necessary accruals information.
8. Participate in ad-hoc projects related to finance improvements or other accounting tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
2. 3-5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within the Watches and/or Jewelry category.
3. Relevant certifications are a plus.
4. Experience with SAP is a plus.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Korean.

2. Motivation and ability to balance hands-on tasks with strategic thinking.
3. Excellent presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Minimum of 3 years in accounting roles, preferably within the Watches and/or Jewelry category, with a focus on retail operations.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
