Swatch Sales Lead

- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

- Manage inventory levels and perform stock replenishment as needed.

- Assist in training and onboarding new sales associates.
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail sales role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business or related field is an asset.
