1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Swatch products.
2. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product offerings and brand heritage.
3. Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
6. Participate in inventory management and loss prevention activities.

1. Previous retail experience, preferably in luxury goods.
2. Strong customer service orientation.
3. Excellent communication skills.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales environment is required, with a preference for experience in luxury or fashion sectors.
