Swatch Sales Associate

1. Deliver exceptional, conversion-focused customer service to achieve individual and store sales targets.
2. Provide expert product advice and storytelling about Swatch collections and limited-edition collaborations.
3. Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash handling, card transactions and returns processing.
4. Maintain merchandising standards: execute visual displays, windows and replenishment to brand guidelines.
5. Manage stockroom activities including receiving, stock counts and inventory control.
6. Participate in promotional events, product launches and peak trading activities (weekends, evenings, high-traffic releases).
7. Attend product and brand trainings to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales techniques.

1. Demonstrable retail sales aptitude with strong customer-service orientation.
2. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage diverse clientele.
3. High level of personal presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
4. Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
5. Legal right to work in Australia.

Secondary education completion (or equivalent). Tertiary or vocational study in retail, visual merchandising or fashion is desirable but not required.
