Swatch Sales Associate

- Deliver exceptional, conversion-focused customer service to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Provide expert product advice and storytelling about Swatch collections and limited-edition collaborations.
- Operate the point-of-sale system accurately, including cash handling, card transactions and returns processing.
- Maintain merchandising standards: execute visual displays, windows and replenishment to brand guidelines.
- Manage stockroom activities including receiving, stock counts and inventory control.
- Participate in promotional events, product launches and peak trading activities (weekends, evenings, high-traffic releases).
- Attend product and brand trainings to maintain up-to-date product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Demonstrable retail sales aptitude with strong customer-service orientation.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage diverse clientele.
- High level of personal presentation and adherence to brand grooming standards.
- Availability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

At least one year of retail sales experience, preferably within fashion, accessories or watch categories; prior experience with a lifestyle or luxury brand is advantageous.
Secondary education completion (or equivalent). Tertiary or vocational study in retail, visual merchandising or fashion is desirable but not required.
