1. Assist customers in selecting and purchasing Swatch products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
2. Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
3. Manage point-of-sale processes, including cash handling and transaction accuracy.
4. Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed according to company standards.
